Soben is delighted to welcome João Silva, who joins the business on 5 January as Managing Director, Capital Projects (EMEA). João will be part of Soben’s growing global team within Accenture.
A respected figure across the infrastructure and capital projects landscape, João joins from AtkinsRéalis, where he earned a reputation for cultivating high-performing, people-centred teams rooted in curiosity, collaboration, and entrepreneurial thinking. His track record includes leading major transformation programmes and driving sustained growth across complex infrastructure environments – experience that positions him perfectly for the next phase of our journey.
Accelerating Growth in Infrastructure
João’s arrival comes at a pivotal moment as Soben, now part of Accenture, continues to strengthen its role in supporting major infrastructure growth across EMEA. Backed by the scale, capability, and market reach of Accenture, João will help expand Soben’s Infrastructure offering, deepen client relationships, and position the business to meet accelerating demand across energy, transport, utilities, and digital infrastructure.
